Workout with Tracy Anderson or use her DVD 5 days a week minimum
Go to Bikram yoga to stretch after
Have body Thermage to tighten tummy and legs
Eat salads , proteins ( fish , chicken, eggs) , fruits in small portions . Be careful with diary foods and carbs
Breastfeed

Krav Maga , if you have time:) is another way to exercise
Enjoy every short moment of sleep

Usually it takes around 3 month , don’t give up on yourself )

    • Hi Helga , it’s so interesting ! ) Teddy is very intrigued by the baby girl pink room full of sparkling things ) People adviced to get him a toy when a new sibling comes home , but I found it to be more helpful to really engage him with her : help with feeding , kiss her often , feel like he’s really needed … I printed pics of him being a baby , and it’s been a really fun month ! good luck with everything xx
